Registration for webinars is exclusively done online at www.energypedia-consult.com. If you have any problems, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Your application is deemed accepted if we do not reject it within 7 days, e.g. When exceeding the maximum possible number of participants.
2. Cancellation by the participant
A free of charge cancellation of the registration by the registered participant is possible up to 14 days before the start of the booked webinar. In the event of a later cancellation, only half of the participation fee will be refunded. Cancellations must always be in writing to ensure their effectiveness. Please use GoToWebinar's cancellation option from your registration confirmation e-mail or the address: email@example.com. There is the possibility to appoint a representative at any time.

- Training - Introduction to GIZ's Results-Based Monitoring 49€ (including VAT)
4. Terms of payment
Unless otherwise agreed in the individual case, our invoice is due 14 days after the invoice date. Participants will receive an invoice by e-mail. You can pay by bank transfer (Europe only), credit card or Paypal. Payment by credit card is subject to a fee.
5. Rights to web resources
All web resources distributed by energypedia consult are protected by copyright and are left to the individual webinar participant for personal use. Any copyrighted use, in particular copying and / or distribution to third parties, is only permitted with the written consent of energypedia consult GmbH.
6. Other provisions
Amendments, changes and deviations of the Terms and Conditions are always documented in writing. The invalidity of parts or gaps in the Terms and Conditions do not affect their effectiveness. For any existing or future legal situations, German law is exclusively applicable and only German courts are responsible.
